Oakits Launches Bespoke Oak Framed Garage Range, Including Options With Room Above
Cheshire oak specialist expands its garage line to give UK homeowners more flexibility on size and additional living space.
Chelford, Macclesfield, Cheshire — [14-07-2026] — Oakits, an oak frame kit supplier based in Chelford, Cheshire, has expanded its product range to give customers more choice when it comes to oak garages, from straightforward two bay oak framed garage designs through to spacious three bay oak framed garage options for households with multiple vehicles or extra storage needs.
For customers looking for more than parking space, the company also manufactures oak framed garage with room above designs, giving homeowners the option of a workshop, home office, storage room, or guest accommodation built above the garage itself. Every garage in the range is available as a bespoke oak framed garage, tailored to the customer's property and how they intend to use the space.
As with the rest of the Oakits range, garage frames are CNC-machined off-site to ensure accurate joints and a more straightforward self-assembly process on delivery. The company says the garage range has become one of its most requested product lines since launch, particularly among customers looking to add functional space without the cost and disruption of a traditional extension.
"A garage with room above can genuinely change how a family uses their property, whether that's a proper home office, a teenager's space, or somewhere for visiting family to stay," said Jonathan Nurse, contact for Oakits. "Because it's a fixed-specification, CNC-cut kit, customers get that extra space without the uncertainty of a full custom build."
Founded in 2024 and based in Cheshire, Oakits delivers oak framed garage kits within six to eight weeks of order confirmation, with flexible finance available for customers spreading the cost.
